Loot Bags – Party essentials

The loot bag is a party essential. It is full of goodies to take home and makes you feel as though the party isn’t really over. It is a little bag of excitement and possibility. There could be ANYTHING in that bag!
If you are going to put together a loot bag then make it a nice one. Those sad, plastic bags that you buy in the supermarket aren’t really very good. The handles stretch and break, goodies fall out and the colours rub off onto your sweaty, lolly licking fingers.
You could select a loot bag to match the party theme. A pirate bag or a popcorn box will both look fab and add to the excitement of the party. If you have a lot of loot to stuff in you might be better off with a meal box. They can be colour co-ordinated to match your theme or even decorated with tags and bag bling. A simple box or bag looks so much better when it is decorated with ribbon or pirate stickers.
Don’t forget about the loot. A bag is just a bag until it is stuffed with loot, isn’t it?
Children are happy with odds and ends. They don’t need expensive items to make the loot bag valuable to them. They want things that they can play with and that can stiimulate their imaginations. Fairy wands, finger puppets, stickers and bouncy balls are great to include in a loot bag. We have some excellent little wooden ball games that are a cross between a puzzle and a game of skill. These will keep little hands busy for ages.
No loot bag would be complete without lollies, would it? They just make it perfect.
None of these things are expensive yet when you put them all together you have a loot bag that every child will value. Finish the party off well with an exciting and attractive loot bag.
