Ordering online is as easy as selecting products and quantities through our online shop.


PURCHASES:

Prices are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% is included in the individual item price listed.

We accept Electronic Bank Transfer, Direct Bank Credit, Cheque, Credit Card - Mastercard and Visa or Money Order. Credit Card orders are processed manually using Securepay (affiliated with the ANZ Bank and is a secure payment gateway).


PAYMENT METHODS:

Paypal

Our online shop is linked to Paypal for secure payment online. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to use this service.

Credit Card

If you do not wish to pay by Paypal, we can process your order with our online merchant facility. Please email your contact details (including day time telephone number) after completing your shopping online. We will contact you to take your credit card details and process the order.

Direct Debit

To direct debit into our account, please contact us after check out for our bank details.


DELIVERY:

We will dispatch your order within 24 hours upon confirmation of receipt of funds.  Note: for direct debit, it can take a few days for funds to appear in our account.

We deliver via Australia Post's standard mail. If an order is urgent, please contact us directly to discuss options. Postage insurance is available at an additional cost and is highly recommended for international orders.

The Spotty Napkin will not be held responsible for any loss or damage once your order has been delivered to Australia Post. All care is taken to ensure packaging is of the highest quality to minimise the risk of damage during transit. The Spotty Napkin is not responsible for damage arising from negligence by Australia Post such as, but not exclusive to, water damage.

Normal delivery is a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders (excluding paper tablecloths) Australia wide. If you want to purchase only a few items and want a postage quote, we are happy to supply one - we're excellent packers and you'll be suprised how cheap postage can be! For smaller orders we automatically refund any excess postage that is under the maximum $9.95 charged prior to despatch.

If you wish to utilise Australia Post's DO NOT SAFE DROP please send us an email to ensure we place a sticker on your parcel. Tablecloth rolls need to be posted separately because of their size (1.2m in length). For simplicity we've included the cost of the separate postage in the price of the tablecloth rolls.


DISCOUNTS & SPECIALS:

Discount Codes are not able to be used on Sale Items.


PRIVACY:

Your personal details are treated as private and confidential and will never be distributed or sold to any third parties.

 

RETURNS:

The Spotty Napkin only stocks products of the highest quality and all orders are placed through a quality check during packaging. Packaging is of the utmost importance to us and we endeavour to pack your order to minimise any damage that may occur in transit, this can sometimes increase the cost of postage to the maximum charge. Should you have any concerns regarding the condition of your order please contact us within 48 hours of the order arriving. Faulty goods will be replaced or a refund issued, excluding postage costs. Returns are to arrive at The Spotty Napkin within seven (7) days of notification being given to us. The Spotty Napkin will not be held responsible for any postage, courier or freight charges incurred in the return of any goods.

Refunds will not be issued if you have 'changed your mind' on a product, only on faulty goods. Returns are not accepted for Sale Items.

 

 

 



Please take care with any products and packaging which are not suitable for young children. Many party products are choking hazards.
